This lesson explains how to Accept or Reject a Buyer Reschedule Request. There maybe times when a customer will need to reschedule their installation or repair appointment for an earlier or later date/time. When customer submits the request, the Buyer will submit an automated Reschedule Request to your ServiceLive dashboard.
- When you login to ServiceLive, the Dashboard page will open.
- Navigate to or link:
- Click on tab.
- Click on or link:
- Service Orders Pending Acceptance of Buyers Reschedule Request will display in red text.
- Click the drop down arrow.
- Select Accept or Reject Reschedule Request.
