Respond to Pending Reschedule Request

This lesson explains how to Accept or Reject a Buyer Reschedule Request.  There maybe times when a customer will need to reschedule their installation or repair appointment for an earlier or later date/time.  When customer submits the request, the Buyer will submit an automated Reschedule Request to your ServiceLive dashboard.

  1. When you login to ServiceLive, the Dashboard page will open.
  2. Navigate to  respond button  or  schedule button  link:
    • Click on  Order Management  tab.
    • Click on  respond button  or  schedule button  link:
      order inbox
    • Service Orders Pending Acceptance of Buyers Reschedule Request will display in red text.

    • Click the drop down arrow.
    • Select Accept or Reject Reschedule Request.
